Dad Calls In The Paps For Dinner With Lindsay

The New York Daily News hears that when Lindsay Lohan went to meet up with her father Michael on Sunday (December 23), the 21-year-old was greeted by five photographers - who had been called in by the 47-year-old publicity hound. They greated Lindsay at the Mercer Hotel, where the two agreed to meet.

"He's such an ass," a Lindsay friend complained to Ben Widdicombe.

After the dinner, Lohan attended a small dinner party at Adrian Grenier's Brooklyn home, where the rehabbed starlet stuck to water.

She was there for Christmas Eve with Adrian Grenier as well.

"Adrian had friends over at his Brooklyn apartment," an LA source told Page Six. "They've been hanging out a lot more - Lindsay's kind of bored."

Another party guest assured us the activities were "low- key."

Dad Lohan also attempts to address rumors that link his daughter to Entourage star, Adrian Grenier.

"He's a friend," says Lohan. "She went over there for dinner one night over the holidays for an hour or so. They drank water and she went home."

As for how his daughter is faring after what has been a tumultuous year, Lohan says, "She's doing amazingly well."

What a great dad! And, they wonder why Lins is all messed up!
